Basic room, converted dining room, with limited amenities, ground floor facing road and parking. Tight shower area with hair in drain, exposed plaster and visible under sink storage. Enjoyable conversation with friendly owner.

We had a late arrival, but still received a warm and welcoming greeting at the door. The customer service was excellent, with Carol going above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The location of this hotel was ideal, especially for those attending events at the nearby NEC. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

No words to describe how I loved location and stuff. They made my stay excellant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having central heating, an iron/ironing board and a work desk. The restaurant was pleasant, it had outstanding dishes.

I loved the hotel, it's cosy and the location is unbeatable close to BHX airport. The room was brand-new & warm, and the bathrooms were clean. Accommodating staff made my stay great and the service was good
